Seasonal Invasive Species Management Steward, The Nature Conservancy
The Nature Conservancy’s Adirondack Park Invasive Plant Program is accepting applications for a seasonal Invasive Species Management Steward. The Management Steward will help reduce the introduction and spread of invasive species throughout the Adirondack Park. The Management Steward conducts invasive species surveys, collects and analyzes data, provides education about invasive species, and manages invasive species at high-use recreation areas such as campgrounds and trailheads throughout the Adirondack region of upstate New York. This is a three-month, full-time, seasonal position for the summer of 2021 that may be extended to six months depending on the availability of funds. The start date is on or about May 3, 2021.
