Real Estate Specialist, Colorado Parks and Wildlife

This position provides professional real estate services and is responsible for managing and completing real estate projects utilizing a project management database that is designed to track the status of active projects.  

The scope of work includes providing professional real estate services relating to acquisition and disposition of CPW real estate interests working with CPW staff to provide real estate guidance, direction and factual information on the real estate process, and transactions as assigned.
