Policy and Research Director, Maine Farmland Trust

As a member of MFT’s leadership team, the Policy and Research Director provides management and oversight of MFT’s federal, state, and municipal policy work; oversees the design, creation and dissemination of MFT research projects; works with MFT’s Vice President & Deputy Director and other MFT staff to design and implement MFT’s evaluation systems and metrics; and through these efforts, helps to inform other MFT programmatic and strategic areas. This position can be based out of Maine Farmland Trust’s Portland office, Belfast office, or be remote; but the candidate must be based in and remain in Maine.
