Membership Coordinator, Rensselaeer Plateau Alliance
Do you believe that all people should have equal access to natural spaces?
Are you an organized data person but also a people person? Do you seek a job where your voice matters, your ideas are heard and your efforts are needed?
Do you seek a job where you will continue to expand your perspective as you learn from others in environmental fields and use that learning to collaborate with others?
We are looking for a person like you to be our next Membership Coordinator.
The Rensselaer Plateau Alliance (RPA) works hard to make sure that all people have access to forests, running water and other natural places. The RPA team has worked together to protect people’s enjoyment of 12,000 acres of forests in the last four years alone. Our membership grows with our projects, and we seek someone to influence and manage our expanding community. Use your skills and creativity to help create an inclusive community and inspire others to get outside and get involved. Become a valued member of our growing team and help keep fundraising, outreach and community-building campaigns on target, while making sure that our members are heard and that their financial and non-financial contributions are appreciated for what they have to offer.
This is a full time position with a comparable salary range to Land Trust Alliance positions as reported nationally. Flexible hours. Paid sick and vacation time. This position will occasionally require participation in prescheduled evening and weekend meetings. Some travel required. Attendance at the annual Land Trust Alliance Rally (4 days in the fall of each year) is strongly encouraged.
