Conservation Project Manager, Great Land Trust

The Conservation Project Manager reports to the Executive Director and will work closely with the Conservation Director, Lands Manager & Stewardship Director, and other GLT staff members with a focus on completing fee simple or conservation easement land transactions and associated real estate-oriented work. The position will be responsible for facilitating project due diligence, recordkeeping, and drafting and negotiating legal documents including purchase and sale agreements, warranty deeds, and conservation easements associated with new projects.
