Conservation Acquisitions, Data Associate, The Conservation Fund

The Conservation Acquisitions Data Associate is responsible for data entry and maintenance of key data elements and providing administrative support for the Fund’s conservation acquisitions, legal programs and systems. In collaboration with the Conservation Acquisitions Director and the Conservation Acquisitions Data Specialist, the Conservation Acquisitions Data Associate will be responsible for creating, reviewing and processing changes to project records into the Fund’s Salesforce project tracking system. The Conservation Acquisitions Data Associate will be part of a key team responsible for management and tracking of the Fund’s land conservation activity. This includes significant daily data entry, preparation of meeting materials and reporting utilized throughout the organization. The individual will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with other team members in Conservation Acquisition, Legal, Government Relations, Finance and with program staff at all levels.
