Community Resources Manager, Sonoma County Ag + Open Space District

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Community Resources Manager (working title for the Conservation Planning Manager position)- a critical team member who will lead Ag + Open Space's Community Resources Program. This position reports to the Ag + Open Space General Manager and is an active member of Ag + Open Space's management team. Duties: The Community Resources Manager will oversee a dynamic team implementing and developing programs that further the mission and strategic vision of Ag + Open Space. The Community Resources Program works to provide additional resources to create sustainable agriculture, and climate resiliency through grant opportunities; manages successful grants; government and community relations and engagement; directing policy development; managing project planning and implementation.
