Community Conservation Program Coordinator, Jackson Hole Land Trust
The community conservation operations coordinator will work on a collaborative team with the community conservation program coordinator and the vice president to advance the community conservation goals of the Jackson Hole Land Trust. The operations coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of JHLT’s community conservation properties including R Park, Greenspace on the Block, and High School Butte, as well as the execution of the WYLD membership recruitment and stewardship strategy. The operations coordinator will engage community members via a presence at all JHLT public events and public access properties, as well as through targeted outreach. The operations coordinator will work to execute the WYLD membership vision and recruitment goals to help fund free community conservation programming. The successful candidate will have a passion for conservation and a demonstrated commitment to community service. To be successful, this position will require a high level of communication and collaboration internally and a passion for engagement and infectious desire for connection within the community. This position will require work outside of normal office hours (M-F; 8:30-5). A flexible schedule is available to accommodate these requirements.
