Enhance your partnerships at Rally
Every year, Rally gives us the chance to come together and connect with and learn from our colleagues across the country. But one of my favorite parts of Rally is the opportunity to learn about and meet with organizations that can support the mission of land trusts, whether they are a federal, corporate or nonprofit organization.
Rally is a great time to find new a partner for your work and to start a conversation about how they can support your land trust and community. These organizations join us at Rally as exhibitors and faculty to provide your land trust with new technology, funding or other support and I hope you enjoy visiting them as much as I do!
While we may not have Rally exhibitors near your coffee this year, the Land Trust Alliance is excited to welcome more than 30 exhibitors to host virtual booths at Rally 2020. A few of our exhibitors will host live Q&A periods or demonstrations during the exhibit breaks. (Check out the full agenda here.) You'll also have the chance to pop into a Zoom room and speak face-to-face with our partners, supporters and other conservation organizations. And exhibit booths will be staffed throughout Rally so that you can interact with the discussion boards on each page, set up video appointments or send a message request for more information on a program, product or service.
Booths will feature videos, documents and interactive polls. Check out The Climate Trust's booth to answer questions about carbon offset projects or visit the Natural Resources Conservation Service booth to get a pollinator poster and learn about successful Agricultural Conservation Easement Program - Agricultural Land Easements program projects.
I hope your land trust can find a partnership with one (or more) of the many great organizations we have exhibiting this year!
