About Our Blog
The Dirt is a place to discuss issues related to land trusts and land conservation. It features voices and perspectives from inside and outside the Land Trust Alliance, a national land conservation organization working to save the places people need and love.
In general, The Dirt discusses land trusts and land conservation as it relates to people, education, lifestyle and government. While we accept guest blog submissions, such submissions must conform to established standards. Guest blog submissions (1) must be useful and relevant to The Dirt’s audience, (2) must not include marketing-related links and must not be self-promotional in nature and (3) must include the author’s bio and a current headshot.
