Volunteers are the lifeblood of land trusts. But what is the secret of attracting and retaining the best volunteers - the volunteers who will not only help protect land but also provide financial support and bring in new members?

  • New trends in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers – such as micro-volunteering
  • Tips for balancing the needs of the volunteers and land trust needs – how to keep on top of it while keeping it fun
  • Tools for improving your capacity to manage long-term volunteer programs
