Strengthening Our Amendment Practices

This is notice of a change regarding the discussion around strengthening amendment practices.  In anticipation of revising Land Trust Standards and Practices in 2012, the Alliance proposed changes to Practice 11I – Amendments, and started to gather feedback from land conservation practitioners on those changes (on this page and through other mechanisms).  The Alliance board decided to postpone the revision to Standards and Practices indefinitely, so we are no longer seeking feedback at this time.  We will announce when Standards and Practices will be revised, and there will be ample opportunity to comment during that process.  In the meantime, the current Standards and Practices will remain unchanged.
