Lead Session Coordinator
(The person who submits the proposal. The Alliance will only send information to the Lead Session Coordinator.) Communicates all necessary information to all co-presenters involved with your session. Responsible for accurate session description and honoring deadline dates for handouts, co-presenter changes, bios, A/V requirements, etc.
(October 8) Seminar faculty may receive an honorarium and/or reimbursement for travel expenses (for up to two faculty for half-day seminars and up to four faculty for day-long seminars). Independent contractors using a social security number are required to register and pre-pay the conference registration fee in advance if they wish to attend the full conference outside of their session. The pre-paid registration fee will be reimbursed after the conclusion of Rally.
(October 9 and 10) Workshop faculty are required to register and pay the Rally registration fee if they wish to attend the full conference. Other than moderated panels, the Alliance recommends no more than 3 speakers present at a workshop.
All workshop faculty will receive the Early Bird basic Rally registration fee of $395 regardless of when they register.
Internet Access in Meeting Rooms
The Alliance will provide two meeting rooms per day with Internet access. Please note on your proposal if you will require an Internet connection for your presentation.
