Faculty Details

Lead Session Coordinator

(Person who submits the proposal)
Communicate all necessary information to all co-presenters involved with your session. (The Alliance will only send information to the Lead Session Coordinator.)


Seminar Faculty

(September 17)
Seminar faculty may receive an honorarium and/or reimbursement for travel expenses (for up to two faculty for half-day seminars and up to four faculty for daylong seminars).  Independent contractors using a social security number are required to register and pay the conference registration fee in advance if they wish to attend the full conference outside of their session. The registration fee will be reimbursed after the conclusion of Rally.


Workshop and Featured Session Faculty

(September 18 & 19)
Neither honoraria nor travel expenses will be paid to workshop faculty. All workshop faculty are required to register and pay the conference registration fee if they wish to attend the full conference outside of their session.

Internet Access in Meeting Rooms at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel

The Alliance will provide two meeting rooms with Internet access. Please note on your proposal if you will require an Internet connection for your presentation.
