The enhanced tax deduction for donations of conservation easements has enabled thousands of landowners to conserve their land. The press clips, media releases, newsletter articles and other success stories posted here demonstrate just a few of these stories from coast to coast. Not every story explicitly mentions the tax incentive and, of course, most landowners are also motivated by their love of the land, but we believe the enhanced incentive helped make these success stories possible.
