Matching Gift Challenge

Thank you to all of our supporters who helped us meet the $350,000 Matching Gift Challenge! Our policy, education, assistance, and defense programs are stronger because of you. In response to the Challenge, you gave 1,756 gifts and a generous total of more than $500,000. A special thanks goes out to our 460 brand-new members who joined during the Challenge. 

Still Time To Help!

Because it takes deep resources for the Land Trust Alliance to lead and support 1,700 land trusts across the country, deliver the annual Rally and learning opportunities, convince Congress to pass favorable tax incentives for conservation, and launch programs to ensure the permanence of land protection, we need an additional $500,000 in gifts and pledges by December 31 to fully fund our programs for 2009.

To help us meet this critical goal before the end of the year, please consider making a donation to the Land Trust Alliance in addition to supporting your local land trust.  Every gift makes an impact on conservation, and your donation is fully tax deductible.
