Program Description and Requirements
The Guided Organizational Assessment is designed to help a land trust identify substantial shortcomings and to make major changes or improvements in their organizational structure and in their capacity to fully realize their mission.

Cost
The total costs for obtaining professional guidance from the Land Trust Alliance in your land trust's organizational assessment could range from $1,250 to $3,500. The Alliance grant covers $1,000 to $2,000 and your land trust pays the difference.

Eligibility
To participate in the Guided Organizational Assessment, your land trust must be a current Alliance land trust member.
