Community-based Restoration Program Funding

NOAA | Funding

Community-based Restoration Program Funding provides funding and technical expertise to support high-priority habitat restoration projects that instill strong conservation values and engage citizens in hands-on activities. Through the program, NOAA, its partners, and thousands of volunteers are actively restoring coastal, marine, and migratory fish habitat across the nation to help sustain these vital habitats in the face of multiple stressors including climate change.  Proposals are requested for individual projects several times a year, either directly by NOAA’s Restoration Center or through its partners.
