Climate Ready Estuaries (CRE) Program works with the National Estuary Programs (NEP) to: 1) assess climate change vulnerabilities, 2) develop and implement adaptation strategies, 3) engage and educate stakeholders, and 4) share the lessons learned with other coastal managers. Through the diverse network of partners collaborating with each NEP, a number of entities can be involved in these projects to build resiliency toward future climate change.
