National Conservation Service Award
The National Conservation Service Award is given to a conservation volunteer who makes a significant contribution to the advancement of land conservation (ex: board member, advisor, Alliance faculty, writer for Saving Land magazine, etc.)
Qualified nominees are known for their:
- Leadership in the conservation community
- Service that inspires the work of others
- Demonstration of humility in all activities to promote conservation
- Mentorship of fellow land trust practitioners in their work
