About the New York Program
The Land Trust Alliance Northeast Office functions as the land trust service center for New York's land trust community. Guided by the New York Advisory Board, the Alliance's New York program provides funding for New York land trusts through the New York State Conservation Partnership Program, offers training opportunities for land trust boards and staff, and advocates for conservation incentives and funding in the state capital.
How We Help
Funding for Land Trusts
- New York State Conservation Partnership Program--provides grants to help qualified New York land trust's prepare for land trust accreditation and pursue projects that will build professional capacity, strengthen community partnerships, accelerate the pace of land conservation, and enable implemenation of best business practices.
Policy and Advocacy

New York State Policy Program--strives to advance policies at the state level that support the common efforts and conservation goals of New York's land trust community.
Training/ Coaching/ Mentoring
